The hotel's strategically located just 650 meters from a vibrant pedestrian zone, making it perfect for immersing oneself in the city's rich culture. The cozy rooms, adorned with yellow tones, boasted all the necessary amenities, including air conditioning, cable TV, and free wired internet.While the elevator hiccup may have caused a slight inconvenience for some, the warm hospitality of the staff more than made up for it. The on-site restaurant served delectable Hungarian and international dishes, providing a gastronomic journey through the region's flavors. The free public parking was a convenient feature for those exploring the city by car.One of the highlights of our stay was the spacious family room on the rooftop, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of exploration. The proximity to bus stations allowed for easy access to the city center, where historical sites such as the Early Christian Mausoleum and the Cella Septichora Visitor Centre awaited our discovery.Hotel Barbakán's commitment to guest satisfaction was evident through their 24-hour front desk service and attention to detail in every room. The blend of comfort, convenience, and cultural proximity made our stay truly memorable.
